Pre-sales technical support and solution consulting on Back-up software as part of a Storage solutions sales team. Function as a subject matter expert on Back-up software issues.
Customer requirements gathering, Solution planning, specification writing, system planning, capacity planning, Solution presentation and assisting sales with deal close.
Requirements:
3 years of experience wtih back-up software, and archiving software (administration, support)
5 years of pre-sales experience
Basic knowledge of network, server, storage
Business level of English
