Education Qualification: Bachelor/Masters degree (Must Have)
 
Primary Responsibilities
 
Ø  Implement new project as a project manager from project initiation.
 
Ø  Provide Program Management/Project Management for the engagement including resource oversight/management, interfacing with Client stakeholders and management, issues escalation and resolution, identify and manage risks proactively, monitor and communicate status etc
Ø  Other duties as assigned
 
 
Mandatory Skills:
 
Ø  Project management skills like PMBOK master level.
Ø  English conversation skills e.g. TOEIC 800<..
Ø  Prepare documents utilizing MS technologies (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio, etc.)
Ø  Knowledge of insurance industry applications and systems.
Ø  Japanese language capability (LPT Level 1 or Native)
Ø  Knowledge of insurance industry applications and systems in Japan Insurance industry (Especially P&C)
Ø  Having experience in India/China off shoring.
Ø  People Management skill to handle issue, escalation and education Basic Web Application development SDLC knowledge, and MVC development fundamental.
Ø  Experience in selling other IT services would be an added advantage
Ø  Strong inter-personal and verbal and written communication skills in English & Japanese
