Primary Responsibilities
Ø Application system planning regarding business requirements and current – future / global – Japan local application architecture.
Ø Plan, direct and coordinate daily activities of in-charge tasks with related IT/Non-IT stakeholders.
Ø Other duties as assigned
Mandatory Skills:
Ø English conversation skills e.g. TOEIC 800<..
Ø Insurance Claim System, Policy Management, New Business system experience.
Ø BA skills for evaluation and interpretation business user’s information requirements, and to propose application solutions.
Ø Prepare documents utilizing MS technologies (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio, etc.)
Ø Japanese language capability (JLPT Level 1 or Native)
Ø Knowledge of insurance industry applications and systems in Japan Insurance industry (Especially P&C)
Ø Having experience in India/China offshoring.
Ø Experience in selling other IT services would be an added advantage
Ø Strong inter-personal and verbal and written communication skills in English & Japanese
