Mandatory Skills:
Ø Strong business development and account / program management experience CDM,PMS & PV Case Processing and Case Management experience, preferably 7-10 years in a Big Pharma with 2+ years in a leadership/management capacity
Ø Candidate will have jointly own revenue and profitability targets along with account managers and ensure projects are delivered by teams using global delivery model
Ø Minimum 3-5 year Experience in selling BPO offerings in the Life Sciences space such as Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Medical Writing, Publishing and
Regulatory Affairs, especially through offshore / Global Delivery Model
Ø In-depth experience in CDM processes and sub-processes, associated platforms (EDC / RDC) is a must
Ø Experience / deep familiarity in Biostatistics, Medical writing / publishing and regulatory affairs in the US market in a definite plus
Ø Experience in selling IT services would be an added advantage
Ø Strong inter-personal and verbal and written communication skills in English & Japanese
Ø Be Travel ready
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Be the "face" of Cognizant to the Client as the sole onsite resource
Ø Provide Program Management/Project Management for the engagement including resource oversight/management, interfacing with Client stakeholders and management, issues escalation and resolution, identify and manage risks proactively, monitor and communicate status etc
