The Client Partner is central to this strategy with the key responsibilities of delivering quality account management and client relationships that ensure existing clients renew their services with growth. The Client Partner’s role is the primary contact accountable for both the proactive and reactive needs of our clients in relationship to existing services.
This is an exciting position working with some of the largest organizations in Japan. In collaboration with a field based sales executive you will develop an engagement plan that ensures our clients receive a return on their investment through the utilization of their services. Your ultimate aim is to retain our clients, leading to advanced levels of relationship and additional opportunities within the account.
The Client Partner is an office based role working with all levels of seniority within the client base, including C-level. We leverage a structured process ensuring usage and value of existing subscriptions primarily through telephone based relationships
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES:
* 5 client calls per day that lead to client engagement
* Ensure usage of the services purchased by the client
* Through regular interaction develop an understanding of value delivered in relation to clients business initiatives.
* Actively manages the relationship with the client
* Maintain regular dialogue with existing users to review and plan their relationship needs
* Develop intimate knowledge of client's business and industry to drive usage and value-added transactions
* Partner with Field Sales Account Executives on assigned accounts
* Educate the client base in how best to utilize their services
* Introduce clients to the latest offerings and product enhancements
* Continually stay abreast of new product offers and technology
* Identify up-sell opportunities
*Bachelor's degree is preferred or 4 years business experience; preferably one involving heavy phone interaction with clients.
*1-3 years work experience in a service oriented role; preferably one involving heavy phone interaction with clients
*Proven ability to build strong client relationships based on value-add service
*Excellent oral and written communication skills; in particular ability to develop and conduct effective presentations via the telephone with high level clients.
*Demonstrated ability to effectively use active listening skills to understand client needs.
*Well defined time management and organizational skills; operates with a structured approach and methodology to deliver results.
*Demonstrated intellectual curiosity/inquisitive nature with proven "research" skills shown to be effective in obtaining information; Technology knowledge preferred.
*Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
*Fluent in English
*Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently
*Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues
