Competence Development Services Consultant, Care

Responsibilities:

Represents CDS / Care service line to customer and Customer Teams.

Proactively acts to understand client needs and offer proposals on matters related to competence development projects. Identifies future training requirements and provides planning and budget inputs.

Business Unit Description

Competence Development Services (CDS) is a Line of Business in the Services Business Unit of Nokia Siemens Networks. CDS is responsible for developing, managing and delivering high value training and learning services to external customers. The bandwidth of services includes courses, e-learning, virtual classroom, knowledge assessments and full end to end Competence Management Projects with assessments and certifications. External customers are mainly communication service providers.

5-7 years in the Telecom / IT / Training business

Business understanding

Understanding new markets and market segments

Customer relationship management

Pricing strategy

Competence management

Quality of services

Japanese and English language fluently

Consulting experience with sales background

Technical competence, preferably in the telecommunications industry

Training business understanding / passion
