This position will be responsible for bringing new memory technologies from infancy to full
production with high yield and reliability. Main task will be establishment of process flows and lot management in cooperation with various unit and integration processes of two major organizations. This engineer will analyze integrated process results, make necessary improvements and feedback to the engineering team. As the phase of the development evolve from development to production, process margin and yield improvements are also key tasks.. Coordinate the work with  US engineering
organization and also support the US staff based in Japan.

 

This position requires BS, MS or PhD in EE or Physics (major field in semiconductor device physics). Over 5 years experience in semiconductor device characterization, measurement, and failure analysis to solve process and device issues ( preferred in nonvolatile flash memory devices). Two areas of special interest in the experience to this position are: 1)Lithography and etching (pattering)
integration module. 2)Thin film (conductors and dielectric) and material related integration module. Oral and Written Japanese/English language skills are required. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex
problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
