Fulfillment Operation Specialist
The successful candidate will manage & execute order fulfilment operations with maximum efficiency.
The order fulfilment operations covers quote to cash process for all kinds of orders, it stars from order taking to customer delivery. This job also covers finish goods inventory management, such as replenishment goods or return goods, sitting in warehouses.
【Responsibilities】
Fulfilment Operation Specialist will work as a multitask player of overall Japan fulfilment and supply roles, covering customer order management, part of logistics, supply planning, serviceability, various manufacturing relate issues, inventory and global accounts management. S/he will be responsible for improving fulfilment efficiency, customer delight and cost saving. Driving local inventory consumption and management is key task for this job.

<Must Have - essential>
Minimum 3 years of experience in fulfilment operations in PC or IT (hardware/software) industry
Customer order management, supply planning, serviceability, inventory and accounts management
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Logical communications skill
Customer management experience
Business-level English skills (TOEIC 700 or above)
(If candidate is non-Japanese, Japanese skills <Japanese proficiency test> must be equivalent to 1kyu level)
Project management experience
<Good to have - desirable>
5+ years of working experience in the PC industry
Work experience in Gaishi-kei company

Customer order fulfilment professional in PC (Dell, HP) or IT hardware makers
