Global IT company is seeking a international minded HR Manager with 3/4 plus years experience as a C&B expert in foreign based companies in Japan and the experience of integrating the HR programs through corporate consolidation

1. Plan and implement Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management policy with a view of “HR making Contributions to successful business”.
2. Lead HR project in case of M&A etc
 
Qualifications:
1. Experiences and skills required as HR professionals in general
2.  Business English (Required for meetings, conversation over phone, working on documents, etc.)
3. People management.
4. Strong result orientation. Speed and Flexibility. Change agent.
