HR Generalist
HR generalist: Senior HR specialist
【Roles and Responsibilities】
HR generalist will provide progressive Human Resources support to XXX's business, mainly Japan sales and marketing group with other Japan HR staffs. This role provides business implementing tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving business objectives.
Up to business needs, candidate’s experience, skill and carrier planning, candidate will lead some HR functional areas. (Talent acquisition, organization development, compensation, benefit, HR operations etc)
Because XXX has global top level HR system and rowing aggressively, candidate can accelerate to develop skill, experience and competency here in XXX.
【Skills, Experience and Competencies 】
<Must Have - essential>
Minimum of 3 year human resource in any human resources functions including 1 year human resource generalist experience.
Experience to drive some HR programs with ownership.
Excellent situational communication skills to internal / external (Logical one, Business level English communication skill, negotiation skill, presentation skill and so on)
Good skill to establish people relations
Business level English Skill (TOEIC 800 or above) or education abroad.
<Nice to have - desirable>
Experience in multinational company and matrix organization.
Understanding / knowledge of PC and high technology industry.
Project management skill / experience.
