HR Group Leader
Objectives:
In coordination with employee development leader, handle, facilitate, and support the planning of employee development, reporting to Manager.
・ Through proper employee education processing, maintain and construct the new performance management system
・ To create pay for performance culture for prioritizing and decision-making of short and long term people management plans and actions.
・ Support to launch and implement Success Factor to lead strategic performance management execution
・ To create educational indicators necessary for prioritizing and find out the needs of short and long
term development plans and actions.
・ Plan and implement the new performance management program as a facilitator.
・ By constructing a process to further action of HR system, and contributing to the accuracy of performance gap management for the both company and employee expectation.
・ To assist the group leader by supporting a few HR development project upon company requests.
・ In coordination with Employee communication , improve the quality of culture education
・ Provide performance result data to each department, and analyzing the trend to help their workforce planning. (yearly performance comparison.)
・ Execute Employee Opinion Survey and analyze the data through to action plan.
・ To make the strong advocates by providing the Amway employee culture education and thus consistently improving our company image.
・ To create an atmosphere of pay for performance throughout the company by facilitating necessary learning program according to the needs of company.
・To make most appropriate recruiting plan from mid-long term point of view
・To build good relationship with agency and we achieve recruiting activity
Requirements:
・ At least 3-5 years learning development experience especially, planning program based on the needs analysis
・ Employee communication is advantage.
・ People education market, training material knowledge.
・ Global leaning & development plan handling.
・ Recruiting Experience
・ Excellent communication and presentation skill
・ Self starter and proactive
・ English - business level(Tel conference)
