Global IT company is seeking an HR Manager planning for HR Data, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Expat support, Communications and Training.
 
Through better usage of of HR IT tools, this person will drive reengineering of HR tasks. You will lead the transfer of the tasks to a global level and manage outsourcing of domestic venders.
 
 Project management with global / region organization.  Off-shoring project management will also be part of this job.
