• Work with the engineering manager in Japan to help to build relationship with the OEM for cars, trucks and motorcycles;

• Support the global sales leaders to solve engineering related issues in Japan;

• Help the company to identify business opportunities in the Japanese accounts;

• Collect information from competitors’ engineering activities and report timely to the organization;

• Communicate with the organization about customers’ issues and opportunities;

• Keep good relationship with OE customers

• Follow up product validations;　

• Responsible for collecting OE customers needs and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectation

REQUIREMENTS:

•  BA degree in engineering, with post graduation experience is preferred;　同 At least 5 years engineering experience preferably in the auto or auto related industry

•  Prior experience in lead acid batteries highly desirable;

•  Good interpersonal skills and presentation techniques;

•  Aggressive and energetic, be able to work under pressure;

•  Good computer skills,

•  Fluent in English and Japanese：
