Japan Web Sales Dept. is responsible for:

-           Sales performance of web store

-           Planning and execution of interactive marketing, pricing and promotion

-           Inbound call centre management for phone sales and general inquiries

-           Web page contents development for both eCommerce and PR/Corporate Branding

The Team structure of Japan Web Sales Dept.:

-           Marketing, pricing and promotion                  

-           Contents design and development    

-           Inbound Contact Centre        

 

Introduction of the Position】* This position does not include people management

-           The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and manage new online sales/marketing programs to maximize P&L of web direct sales.

-           The programs in scope are both for revenue maximization by expansion of sales opportunities and profit maximization by funding from alliance partners

-           This position is to report to the general manager of the Web Sales Dept. of Japan

 

Responsibilities】

-           Plan/develop/role-out sales/marketing programs by leveraging alliance with external entities and maximize revenue/profit maximization

-           Some examples of such programs may be:

•           Affinity Sales, co-marketing, monetization of existing assets  

-           Develop new sales routes such as external online shopping malls

 

Skills, Experience and Competencies 】

<Must have - essential>

-           Experience of the similar responsibilities as above at least for 1 year.

•           Experience in developing alliance with external companies carries more importance than that in online business in general

-           Attitude and capability to “independently” find business opportunities and organize alliance/cooperation with other companies

-           Experience of reporting business monthly at longest cycle w/ quantitative outcome of his/her activities

-           Business-level English skills

-           Working experience at global environment, with global team

-           Up to around 13 years of work experience
