Proposal preparation

Collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as customers, sales, delivery, finance, and legal

Estimation for various small projects

Involving project delivery when needed

Preparing sales collateral for new business development

Approaching to prospects along with sales

Giving presentations at trade show / fair

Mandatory Skill Sets

Bilingual (Native Japanese is preferred)

Good communication skill

Good client-facing capabilities

More than 10 years experience in IT industry as a project delivery resource or a pre-sales

Strong knowledge / experience in MS technologies (.NET, MOSS, SQL server etc.)

Strong knowledge / experience in Oracle PDB

Adequate knowledge / experience in Java
