Group leader of enterprise software and services tech support team
Support customers all over Japan
Work between US and Japan to delivery best support solutions to Japanese customers
Requirements:
More than 5 years of software support services experience in Enterprise software based on Windows Systems
More than 5 years troubleshooting, analyzing windows systems
Advanced English skills to communicate with HQ on a daily basis
Group Leader/Team leader experience is plus
Troubleshooting UNIX system is plus
