This position will be responsible for bringing the new process technology on the advanced  memory device development. Main task will be the establishment of lithography process condition on each module in cooperation with various integration and device item. Therefore, excellent communication skill is strongly required for this position to make the progress on the project.

This position requires BS, MS or PhD in EE, Chemics or Physics (major field in semiconductor device physics). Over 5 years experience in lithography process development is desired. Deep knowledge on fundamental lithography technology is essential.. Oral and Written Japanese/English language skills are required. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A
proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex
problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. requirement/skill.
