Our mission is to ensure that all deliveries to our Customers, and have the highest quality with highly satisfied Customers, supporting expansion in the Japanese market.
The Quality department has an established network with several design units as well as supply and global services. We are using various tools and process to manage the quality with a high focus on the cost and the quality and are driving the implementation of Six Sigma
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for defining the quality targets in cooperation with the product units and service providers, and later follow up and initiate actions to meet those targets. You will also be supporting the organization in the Customer communication regarding quality assurance as well as negotiations on solutions when the targets are not met.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support quality meetings with Customers
• HW/SW Quality supervision towards agreed targets
• Communicate and drive quality improvements together with design units
• Perform quality audits at factories and design units
• Analysis of HW/SW statistics using available tools
