Descriptions:

Network Rollout RAN System Services department is the center of expertise and specialized workforce for RAN system integration, rollout, expansion and software upgrade.

Our services include new software & hardware acceptance and rollout, Radio Node Controller (RNC) integration and hardware upgrades, network configuration and migration, and support of any other RAN project activities with Nippon XXX’s mobile operators.

In new projects, we perform acceptance test and feature verification test in test plant to confirm our system works according to specifications. Then continue network integration and verification testing in customer's commercial networks, followed by deployment into the entire customer networks, such as software upgrade activities. At last, the projects are handed over to RAN support team.

Main tasks are:

Coordination and implementation of network, deployment of new software, new feature activation, new hardware integration & rollout, etc

Qualifications:

Candidate should have the following degree:

More than 3 years of knowledge and experience with other types of communication equipment system (either fixed or mobile)

More than 5 years of switch file/SW upgrade experiences in wired/wireless network system

Fluent Japanese

Communication skills and personal ability to establish good team work

Preferred skills

More than 3 years of knowledge and experience with 3G WCDMA Radio Mobile Network System

Medium level English (both in speaking and writing)

Communication to establish good customer relationship

Required competence, optional: 

Knowledge or work experience on other telecommunication/IP network (SS7, Transmission, ATM, TCP/IP etc.)
