Responsibilities:
 
Sales assistant to ensure entire demand fulfillment from PO till the successful delivery working with Customer Service and Planning in HQ very closely.
Sales assistant to be also interface for Customer Service in Distributors (Tomen, Vitec, etc.) to handle all PO / Delivery acknowledgment / Amendment / Invoice / PSA / Delivery Delinquent / Inco Terms etc.
Sales assistant to report all sales figure such as Billing, FCST, FOC sample delivery etc. with professional manner extracting from the System at least weekly.
Sales assistant to maintain and consolidate sales related data base with professional manner such as PO related documentations, NDA, Price, Ordering Information, MOQ, Customer Data base, etc.
Sales assistant to handle Direct Sales installing necessary EDI tool
Sales assistant to support Filed Sales / Marketing and QA as a back office
Sales assistant to ensure any Inquiry from Customer via Telephone
Office Administration (Secondary Role less than 20%)
 
Qualifications & Experiences:
Experienced person on Sales Assistant Job and/or Customer Service Job. THIS IS MANDATORY.
Capable to handle any sales figures such as Revenue, Backlog very carefully and accurately
Ability to manage multi tasks and the priority to drive the result by him/herself punctually.
Capability of Native Japanese and fluent Biz. English
Reporting capability with all sales related figures
Ability to work as a team and support filed sales and marketing as an internal sales
Enough knowledge on sales tool such as SAP, Excel/Word etc.
