Sales Executive

 

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Location: Tokyo, Osaka or Nagoya

 

This position covers the consulting sales of CAE software solutions to manufacturing companies.

 

Furthermore:

•           Identify new strategic business opportunities in existing accounts

•           Prospect for new sales opportunities within assigned accounts incl. existing customers and new targets

•           Travel to meet customers, prospects and meetings, as required

•           Attain personal quarterly and yearly quotas

 

Duties:

•           The CAE Consulting Sales Representative is responsible for total CAE solution sales to manufacturing companies.

•           Responsibilities include product presentation, deal negotiation, product scheduling and delivery, installation and support.

•           Understand the client's needs on problems in the product development process, and provide the best possible solutions and consultancy utilizing our solutions, products and technology.

•           Compile account and sales plans to base trend analysis such as industry markets and competitors movements etc. and execution of these plans.

•           Develop new business opportunities through consultation with customers about their needs, communicating with MSC Software's internal people about new areas that are a possible market to explore, and develop new solution proposals.

 

Requirements:

•           University Graduate

•           3-5+ years of direct sales experience in CAE, PLM &/or PDM or similar software total solutions sales (CAD/CAM, etc.).

•           Interest in software technology related to CAE

•           Possess sufficient understanding of the customers organization, product strategy and business policies etc. of customers in the manufacturing industry.

•           Strong communication and presentation skills.

•           Experienced in Enterprise Solution sales.

•           Motivated and sales minded individuals.

•           Capable of adjusting to new environment.

•           Good to have English language skills but not required
