Responsible for delivery of Service Levels according to SLA, manage the outcome for customers.
Individual contributor role.
Manage all delivery documentation and handbook.
Accurate revenue forecasting, and P&L management.
Ensure cost effective delivery improvements.
Identify opportunities to grow the service account.
Requirements:
Knowledge of and experience with Service Delivery and management of SLA.
Strong analytical acument, ability to analyze, track revenue, manage P&L, implement improvements to delivery processes.
IT vendor or IT Services and System Integration background.
