Sales and Marketing role, responsible for increasing Service revenue in SMB market segment.
Liaise internally with Sales and Pre-sales organization about customers that have opportunities for Service contracts
Consult with customers about various services including Premier Technical Support, Onsite Service, Accidental Damage and Theft, Infrastructure Consulting Services, Training, and Managed Services.
 
Requirements:
10 years IT industry experience in selling services solution
10 years experience in a IT Business Development role
Strong services knowledge and experience
Extensive sales experience and thorough understanding of sales cycle.
