Global IT firm has the following opening in Tokyo.

• Confirm the requirement for material / equipment and services and the required time to be procured from external suppliers through close cooperation with Sales and Service Delivery organizations 
• Select the potential suppliers who could provide the delivery of those specific materials / equipment and services for each project.
• Conclude the contract or agreement with the selected supplier(s) through negotiation of commercial terms and conditions.

Qualifications

1.  Experience related to source of materials / equipment and services

2.  Negotiation experience with the external suppliers

3.  Experience for preparing the frame contract, individual contract and non disclosure agreement etc.

4.  Business level English skill and fluent Japanese.
