Technical Liason
 
Main Purpose of Job:
Understand the technical customer requirements and liase this information to Actix.
Work with the Project Manager to drive technical activities with the customer and within Actix.
 
Key responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Attend weekly progress meeting with the customer. Understand and relate technical issues
to/from the customer and Actix
Attend detailed technical discussion meetings with the customer and Actix. Act as a technical
liason and interpreter when required
Ensure that open technical issues get resolved.
 
Specialist Knowledge:
3G (WCDMA and CDMA 2000) and 3.9G (LTE) RAN optimization and planning
Understanding of the SDLC (software development life cycle) is nice to have
Fluent in English, Native Japanese
