Web Telesales Representative
Web Telesales representative will be responsible for sales activities through channels like phone and email for both consumers and corporate customers.
【Responsibilities】
Sell XXX products by using phone(both inbound and outbound call),e-mail and website for consumer and corporate customer
Post sales support
Prospecting new corporate accounts and follow up existing customer by outbound call
Work shift includes Saturdays and Sundays.
Key Interactions with: Web marketing, GSC and Technical support
【Skills, Experience and Competencies 】
<Must Have - essential>
3 years or more experience in Inside sales and/or telemarketing experience in a IT industry
Sales experience in both consumer and corporate market
Drive sales activities to reach revenue targets including prospecting new accounts , quote development, customer inquiries and follow-up
Flexibility to work shift including Saturdays and Sundays
Resolve any customer concerns and identify trends in customer satisfaction
Maximum 12 years of work experience
<Good to have - desirable>
MS Windows / Excel / competency
Must be a team player and have the ability to build relationships with Co-workers
Experience working in foreign companies and prefer to business level english
Bachelors Degree preferred
